It would seem there is no EXIF standard, and also generally less support for video related metadata, but there is at least minimal metadata there, creation/modified date etc. We should extract and display this information in a similar way to we do it for Images etc

We actually already do and have for literally years (since ogg handler was first deployed). We just don't show it. You can access it via api, including things like artist and stuff, which really does no one any good.
