I couldnt find another bug for creating tables.

Swedish Wikipedian Sebbes333 [1] reports here [2] that he "would like to insert a new column in a 2D table, [however] do not think it will go into beta editor yet."

post-deploy testing in test2 - VisualEditor has added functiona lity to insert/remove tables and modify tables - insert columns and rows in tables.
