This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

This user has uploaded nothing but copyright violations. A final warning was placed on their talk page in December, and now two more copyright violations have been uploaded: [1] and [2]. User:Homaaaa has repeatedly violated copyright law on Commons. You can see examples on User talk:Homaaaa and by reviewing his deleted contributions. This includes examples uploaded as of 1 day ago. For everything I have uploaded I had previously obtained permission from their owners. None of I uploaded had a any problem. because I did not know how to notify the administrators of their license and found out after deleting. deletion was wrong and baseless.
All the things I have uploaded was by permission from the owners of the works. There were no problems and I did not notice before deletion otherwise I will provide email of the persons. And most of the work is my own. I accept all responsibility for all and any claim of copy wright. all those which had been deleted should be restored.
