English: Blinky Bill the Movie is a 2015 Australian computer-animated adventure film based on the Blinky Bill character, an anthropomorphic koala created by Dorothy Wall for a children's book series in 1933. The film was produced by Flying Bark Productions (formerly known as Yoram Gross Films Studio, which also produced Blinky Bill: The Mischievous Koala, a 1992 traditional-animated film featuring the character), and co-produced by Assemblage Entertainment (India) and Telegael (Ireland). Starring the voice talents of Ryan Kwanten, Robin McLeavy, David Wenham, Barry Humphries, Richard Roxburgh, Deborah Mailman, Barry Otto, Rufus Sewell, and Toni Collette.
The film will be followed by a 26-episode TV series, The Wild Adventures of Blinky Bill, which will air on the Seven Network.
The film follows Blinky Bill a courageous young koala on quest to finding his missing father to stop Mayor Cranklepot from kicking out the koalas of Greenpatch along with some animal characters is a girl koala named Nutsy, a a frill-necked lizard named Jacko, two emu sisters Beryl and Cheryl, an friendly wombat and the villainous feral cat named Sir Claude.Media in category "Blinky Bill the Movie"
