Due to the great amount of files that are upload by Italian speaker users and the lower collaboration of the administrators of Italian Wikipedia, I decide to propose Jaqen as administrator here, to give a hand them with the maintenance. He is a Commons user since 2007 and a long active administrator on Italian Wikipedia. He is a file mover, patroller and license reviewer here. At the moment, he has 4000+ edits. He knows very well Italian copyright rules and he has a good experience with US and international copyright issues. Besides his technical abilities, Jaqen is a judicious person. When he is unsure about an action to take he always asks his colleagues for opinions, that's a very valuable aspect in a person.
