Per Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Germany stamps are not ""official works" and therefore copyrighted until 70 years after the artist's death. In this case the artist, Gerd Aretz, died in 2009. So the image is copyrighted until at least 2,079. Same goes for the following images.

1.  Keep Zumindest für die Briefmarken, die vor der Umwandlung der damaligen Behörde Deutsche Bundespost 1995 in das privatrechtlich organisierte Unternehmen Deutsche Post AG erschienen sind, dürfte weiterhin das rechtskräftige Urteil des Kandgerichts München I vom 10. März 1987 (Az. 21 S 20861/86, veröffentlicht in GRUR 1987, 36) Geltung beanspruchen, wonach die Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt des damaligen Bundesministeriums für Post- und Fernmeldewesen zur Annahme eines Amtlichen Werks und damit zur Gemeinfreiheit führt. Das betrifft alle hier gelisteten Marken, bis auf die beiden letzten. --Mogelzahn (talk) 13:14, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
