1941 photo, looks like a scan from a newspaper or some other publication. Unlikely to be own work by the uploader. Stefan4 (talk) 18:11, 16 October 2015 (UTC)
This photo is from the Junge familiar archive, scanned from the Junge familiar book that has no copyrights, has no ISBN and is only a paperprint from the nineties. Klaus Junge was the cousin of my grandfather Ingo Junge. - If the picture was first published in the 1990s, then the copyright seems to expire in 2048 in the United States. If the picture previously was published in a book, then I think that we need to receive explicit evidence of permission.
