See Commons:Deletion requests/File:Golemi FC Logo.svg. We are talking about logo's off sport clubs, mostly football clubs and the uploader claimed that they are public domain according to {{PD-Albania-exempt}}. The template was recently modified too include logo's off sport clubs but this was reverted by my because there is no evidence nor proof that those logo's are indeed in the public domain in Albania. Please also see the relevant debate in com:VP/C and the discussion at my talk page.

I don't think the official portrait of Albanian politicians fulfills (b) inventions, legal, administrative and judicial acts, as well as other official creations and their collections, presented in order to inform the public

Keep The portarits are indeed published by official instutions (Council of Ministers, Assembly and Office of Presidnet; i.e. highest institutions in Albania) to inform the public. These are offcial creations, mostly published as part of the offical bibliographies of the said persons. AT44 (talk) 08:41, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. See also part "e" of "PD-Albania-exempt" : "(e) news and press information which have a simple nature of information;"
Photographs have been used to inform people, the news and press, since photographs were invented. Photographs are a "simple nature of information." These photographs "inform" the identities of current government officials and those in the past.

Nope, official portrait of the politicians has a nature of more than providing information. --A1Cafel (talk) 17:34, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As "(e) news and press information which have a simple nature of information;" ("d) lajmet dhe informacioni i shtypit, i cili ka karakter të thjeshtë informimi;") isn't reduced to news and press releases of the government, I would be very careful here. I can't imagine that it was the wish of the lawmakers that any picture once published as part of a press release by any company, organisation or state body loses its copyright.
Regarding "(b) inventions, legal, administrative and judicial acts, as well as other official creations and their collections, presented in order to inform the public;" ("b) shpikjet, aktet ligjore, administrative dhe gjyqësore, si dhe krijime të tjera zyrtare dhe koleksionet e tyre, të paraqitura me qëllim që të informohet zyrtarisht publiku;") I would also suggest to be rather conservative. To upload pictures published in a Facebook post: no way! Pictures taken from the "Assembly manual" as official creation/collection: maybe. Again, we have to see the context: they first talk about "legal, administrative and judicial acts" and then add "other official creations and their collections". I don't think we should add anything we can imagine under "other" - it should be something similar to "legal, administrative and judicial acts". And in this context, also the Assembly manual seems to be out of scope of article 12.
That's my oppinion. I haven't read any juridical books about Albanian copyright law. But I'm sure they would have worded it differently if they thought a very liberal handling/big scope of whatever falls under article 12. Albinfo (talk) 08:22, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: I believe that only applies to laws and official documents, not photographs. COM:PCP would have us delete since the language of it discusess documents and inventions. --Abzeronow (talk) 19:05, 7 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
