[edit]Bogus PD claims. These are photographs (COM:DWs) of physical patches (3D objects) and thus the photographs themselves (taken from various eBay and google sources) have copyrights independent of the emblems.

- Whatever copyright exists in the photographs of patches is limited to the unmodified photograph itself. Any other copyright claim to images of is preempted by statue and is invalid except where the photograph is reproduced exactly and not modified.
