Čeština: Vlajka obce Mažice, okres Tábor, Česko.
List tvoří šest vodorovných pruhů, bílý, černý, žlutý, černý, bílý a zelený, v poměru 5 : 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 : 1. V horním bílém pruhu do oblouku pět (1, 2, 2) modrých šesticípých hvězd. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
