DescriptionLake Aloha rappensuncle.jpg |
This is one trippy area to hike in. Lake Aloha is accessible from the Fallen Leaf Lake trailhead and is a moderate altitude gain as you head west. To reach the base of 2 peaks, Pyramid and Price, you have to traverse Lake Aloha in Desolation Valley - not easy. We felt like we were in a full scale maze and the topo maps didn't help. barren |
