Object history
Deutsch: Das Wappen wird von einem Siegelbild aus dem 15. Jahrhundert abgeleitet. Die Haferähren stehen redend für den nicht mehr verstandenen Ortsnamen, der sich von einem Personennamen ableitet und Ort des Haudwarts bedeutet. Die Vierung von Silber und Schwarz weist auf die Markgrafen von Ansbach, die seit dem frühen 15. Jahrhundert die Ortsherrschaft innehatten.
