  • curprev 14:0814:08, 7 October 2022 Ryguy913 talk contribs 26,338 bytes +8 To say Blyleven was responsible for "carrying" Minnesota to a World Series title in 1987 is wildly overstating the case. He pitched decently for the Twins that year, winning 15 games with 4.4 WAR, but really if it was any one player it was clearly Frank Viola who "carried" the club to the championship. undo
