Please stop trying to blank the 'musthave software' article. We need to keep the deletion notice until the procedure is finished. Don't worry, everything will probably be deleted in a couple of days. DJ Clayworth 19:03, 5 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Please note that you should not remove a 'vote for deletion' notice once it has been added to an article. Doing so is a serious breach of Wikipedia:Wikiquette. You should also be aware that Wikipedia frowns on anything that resembles advertising.

It's been suggested that someone draw your attention to the way we do things here.

Firstly please have a look at the links above. Also see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Two of the things that Wikipedis not: it is not a place for advertising, and it is not a 'how to' manual. Some of your articles look somewhat like either advertising or 'how to'. You might want to change them so that is less of a problem. Activating the VOIP Speaker on the Loox 720 reads particularly like a 'how to'.

Image licencing
Also note that the style is only to have internal links (i.e. links to elsewhere in Wikipedia) in the body of an article: outside links go in a section at the end called "External links". This reduces the linklihood that a user will click on something that they think is more from Wikipedia and actually get advertising.

I've noticed that you've been uploading a number of images without providing licencing information for them (specifically :Image:Looxaudioin.jpg, :Image:AudioConnector.jpg, :Image:Cradlespeaker.png, :Image:Looxaudio.JPG, :Image:Loox720.jpg). I've put "unverified" tags on them, could you please update them with specific tags from Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and give sources for where they came from? Another important article to read is Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Essentially we don't take sides, or play favourites. This is why your article on 'must have software' is likely to be deleted. Saying one piece of software is 'must have' rather than another is inherently biased, and so we wouldn't want it whatever was in the list.

Happy editing. DJ Clayworth 16:12, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

HOWTO's
If you want to write HOWTO's like Activating the VOIP Speaker on the Loox 720, wikibooks is much more appropriate than Wikipedia. Thue | talk 16:31, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Image licencing

[edit]

I've noticed that you've been uploading a number of images without providing licencing information for them (specifically Image:Looxaudioin.jpg, Image:AudioConnector.jpg, Image:Cradlespeaker.png, Image:Looxaudio.JPG, Image:Loox720.jpg). I've put "unverified" tags on them, could you please update them with specific tags from Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and give sources for where they came from? Bryan 06:40, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)
