Justin J. Giangrande is CEO and Founder of NETWORK, [1]a sports marketing agency, brand studio and entertainment production company that manages elite athletes, develops creative strategies and fosters partnerships for global brands, and produces culturally relevant original content.[2]

With over 20 years of experience in talent management, brand marketing and commercial partnerships, Justin has established a notable career in the industry. His expertise encompasses sourcing, negotiating, and managing talent, addressing each client’s personal and professional brand goals at every stage of their career.

His current focus is primarily working with elite high school and college athletes, including DJ Lagway (QB University of Florida)[3], Malachi Nelson (QB - Boise State University)[4], Julian Lewis (5 Star USC QB Commit)[5], and Rachel Glenn (Olympian, University of Arkansas)[6], to name a few, developing their name, image, likeness (NIL) and personal brand through digital marketing, original content and partnership opportunities. Additionally, Justin works with NFL Legend Mike Vick to advance his brand through innovative strategies and partnerships.

Prior to NETWORK, Justin was a partner and EVP of VaynerSports, where he oversaw marketing, public relations, and brand partnerships for their athletes on a global scale.[7] Justin was co-founder and CEO of NCLUSIVE, a marketing firm that focused on building brands for top athletes and celebrities, while driving partnership and endorsement opportunities. His client roster included numerous high-profile athletes including NBA All Star Mike Conley Jr., NFL All-Pro Jalen Ramsey, and NFL Pro-Bowler Marcellus Wiley.[8]

Justin was also Chairman and CEO of Queens Gaming Collective, a women-led gaming lifestyle company challenging diversity and gender equity issues in the gaming industry. Within two years, he facilitated a successful acquisition of Queens which represented a global roster of women creators, streamers, and professional gamers, XSet, a leading gaming and esports organization.

Justin graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in entrepreneurship from the Warrington School of Business. His contributions to the marketing and branding industry have been recognized with accolades like the 2018 NextGen 10 for Sports & Entertainment.[9]
