Not to be confused with the food caramel or the Japanese group of the same name.

Caramell is a Swedish Eurodance and Bubblegum dance musical group. The group is formed by singers Malin and Katia and producers Jorge "Vasco" Vasconcelo and Juha "Millboy" Myllylä.[1]

Their single "Om Du Var Min" made it to the number one spot on Swedish charts the week of April 25, 1999.[2]

They are best known online for the internet phenomenon known as Caramelldansen, a looping Flash animation showing anime characters Mai and Mii from the japanese visual novel Popotan. The animation includes a speedup version of the song "Caramelldansen" from Caramell's Supergott Album.[3]
