Stephenson Harwood is an international law firm with some 100 partners and 500 staff worldwide [1]. It offers a full range of commercial legal services and has seven offices across Europe and Asia: Guangzhou, Hong Kong, London, Paris, Piraeus, Shanghai and Singapore. [2]

The firm was named 'Law firm of the year' at the British Legal Awards 2009. [3]

Revenue for 2008/09 was £85 million.[4] Profit per equity partner – a key measure of profitability used by law firms - was £610,000.[5] An 8 per cent increase against 2008's figures.[6]

Effective from 1 Feb 2010, the Hong Kong office changed its name from Stephenson Harwood & Lo to Stephenson Harwood.[7]
