Note that based on Wikipedia policy (WP:V, WP:RS, WP:CITE), when someone places a {{fact}}, you should find a reference for it, rather than removing it. Secondly syncretic is an islamic polemical view of the Baha'i Faith which has been dismissed by many verifiable and relibale academic sources; see the Britanicca article, thirdly, you are showing your POV by removing the subsectioning of the Baha'i term; fourthy, Wikipedia uses the most common english name of a subject, which is the Baha'i Faith, and not Baha'ism.
