tanjun gemuk is invaded by turtles,,,, believe it or not. recently, turtles were seen laying eggs on its beach. locals have seen baby turtles reaching out from the sand heading towards the water. this is something new to the local s in tanjung gemok. after the tsunami and the earthquakes in indonesia, sea cucumbers submerged from the sand flooding the beach in tanjung gemok. thousands were seen and most of them are dead. surprised locals comb the beach for sea cucumbers because of its highly prosed and delicacies.
