I returned back to english wikipedia that I am trusting since years. I hope that no one will ban me here for micro reasons. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kumarsarma (talkcontribs) 17:21, 28 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

G. K. Podila

[edit]

I added G. K. Podila to the List of Telugu people. He was a biologist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville who was murdered. You might want to look at the article about him, and perhaps add an article about him to the Telugu Wikipedia. - Eastmain (talkcontribs) 19:55, 13 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the message. I will look at it. --Kajasudhakarababu (talk) 18:18, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Telugu wikipedia

[edit]

Greetings! i wanted to start making standardized templates for telugu wikipedia (prime ministers of india, kings, queens, etc.) but do not currently have the expertise to do so, especially since i believe that telugu wikipedia should have its own templates that use telugu lipi, thus allowing greater access to contributing by telugu speakers. additionally, i use telugu wikipedia chiefly to improve my telugu language skills and in the process contribute high quality articles to the project ( i accomplish this by translating, verbatim, the well-researched articles from wikipedia english). im so happy to see that telugu wikipedia is the largest article-populated wikipedia project among the indian languages, but we can do more. we can make this happen, and as i am a student, i have more time than most to be a part of the change. your help is most welcome sir! --Gnana (talk) 09:37, 21 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Vemuri gaggayya in savitri.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Vemuri gaggayya in savitri.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 19:24, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
