I can't find any confirmation that the colours used in your proposed version are the colours used by the hotel. The logo does meet the treshold of originality, and as such is copyrighted unless covered by fair use. The page has an ordinary "Copyright 2008-2019" at the bottom, and there are no known special rules for the army on c:Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Pakistan.
