Zirabagtaria is an solzid kimberellomorph (stem mollusk)from the Ediacaran aged Clemente Formation in Mexico discovered by the American paleontologist Mark McMenamin along with the stem chiton Korifogrammia and various other species in 2018.[1]
Description
Zirabagtaria was oval shaped,a u shaped band defined its head, sclerites are preserved in the holotype, an asymmetrical head may be due to deformation or glide symmetry..[2][3]
Classification
Zirabagtaria was an Solzid Kimberellomorph ( related to solza) , therefore it is an stem Mollusc.
Occurrence
Zirabagtaria is known from a single specimen from the Clemente Formation in Mexico.
Species
There is a single species, Z.ovata.[1][3]

1.Zirabagtaria is not always considered a valid taxon , since few researchers apart from Mark McMenamin consider it valid.
