The Mall Blackburn is a Shopping Centre that serves the town of Blackburn, Lancashire England and is owned by the The Mall Company.

Centre Information

The shopping centre opened in the 20th century and has been popular ever since, (It is the only shopping centre in Blackburn). Lately, it has received some bad press about the state of the centre; cleanliness, choice of shops etc. As with may other 'The Mall' shopping centres, a massive or 'monster' development project to modernize has already commenced. TV screens, 'Ask Me' points and other enhanced information is already provided and brand new areas, including a brand new WHSmith and Primark is already being built.
