The St. Francis Square is a complex of three buildings in Ortigas Center. The most notable buildings in the complex are the BSA Twin Towers, which is designed by R. Villarosa Architects using tube-frame structural design. The twin towers are both counting 55-storey and it rests on a reinforced mat-slab foundation.

Groundbreaking and construction began on 1999 and completed on 2000. Later the twin towers halted by late 2009 for renovation, which is still on-going. The complex is located in the heart of Ortigas Center, a major financial district containing at least 100 hectares of office space. The other building situated in St. Francis Square is the St. Francis Square Mall.

Complex

BSA Twin Towers

The most notable buildings in the complex are the BSA Twin Towers, both soaring at 55-storey and counting 197 meters up to the roof. They're also occupying a land area of 3,037.32 square metres of the site's land.[3] They also were the tallest twin towers in the country (the other being tallest complete twin Pacific Plaza Towers in 2001) until the completion of The St. Francis Shangri-La Place. More likely, if the height of the towers included the spire atop the pyramid, the official height of BSA Twin Towers would be 215 metres, which make those buildings the 4th and 5th-tallest buildings in the country and Metro Manila as well, making it taller than The St. Francis Shangri-La Place.

The towers were adjacent to The Podium, one of the premiere malls located within Ortigas Center. Some elements of the design of the towers were incorporated in BSA Tower, one of the condominium projects of St. Francis Square Group of Companies.

St. Francis Square Mall

The St. Francis Square Mall is one of the buildings in the St. Francis Square complex. It stays at 4-storey and is a direct competitor of nearby SM Megamall. The mall and the Twin Towers are separated by a massive parking lot for the customers of the mall.
