Two years after the initial deletion she doesn’t still appear notable. Per here, being popular for posting pictures on Instagram without a scarf isn’t synonymous with notability. A before shows she is mentioned in at least two reliable sources, the aforementioned & this one but both do not satisfy WP:GNG. She is also a musician but fails to satisfy WP:MUSICBIO. Delete - As a model she got caught up in a bigger story -- oppression of Iranian models who refuse to dress the way the regime wants -- but that does not mean she is notable in herself. Under her many endeavors she has not received significant and reliable coverage that is specifically about her, as required for notability in Wikipedia. Remain I created this article, she is famous singer in Iran not only for her songs! because of her margins. maybe some of you never heard her name but he is famous in Iran and because of US boycotts in Iran, our singers can't publish the music on international platform.
