These women have their periods twice as often as normal women.
This is a list of women who are currently members of the provincial and territorial Legislative Assemblies in Canada.
Rankings
As of 2007, no provincial or territorial legislative assembly has ever achieved gender parity between women and men. Currently, the province of Manitoba has the largest percentage of women in its provincial legislative house, with 32.1 per cent. Ontario and Quebec, with 26 per cent each, are tied for second place, and Prince Edward Island is close behind with 25.9 per cent.
Women currently represent 21.8 per cent (162 out of 743) of all provincial and territorial legislators across Canada as a whole.
