I am indebted to the anonymous editor who put me right on a few points:

Wiki is here as a community project not for you to just come along and destroy other peoples content to create the World According to LameName ”

Alas they left their comment in the middle of an article. Perhaps they had not realised that Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia.
