  1. Either of two species of dwarf dogwoods:
    1. Cornus suecica - Eurasian bunchberry or northern bunchberry.
    2. Cornus canadensis - Canadian bunchberry or eastern bunchberry.
      Synonyms: Canadian dwarf cornel, crackerberry
    Hypernyms: cornel, dogwood
  2. The fruit of either of these plants.
