Roger Vernon Scruton (27. febrúar 1944 – 12. janúar 2020) var breskur heimspekingur. Hann var einnig útvarpsmaður, blaðamaður og tónskáld. Í skrifum sínum reynir hann að útskýra og verja vestræna menningu og miðlun hennar til komandi kynslóða. Í stjórnmálaheimspeki sinni er hann íhaldsmaður og er af mörgum talinn mikilvægasti breski íhaldsheimspekingurinn á lífi. Sérsvið hans er aftur á móti fagurfræði. Þar gagnrýnir hann módernisma í byggingarlist og hefur fjallað þónokkuð um hvað það er að skilja tónlist.
