Glycoproteinum
Appearance
Glycoproteina sunt proteina, quibus aminoacidorum catena cum oligosaccharido, polymero hydratorum carbonii, conectuntur. Praecipue consistunt glycoproteinorum oligosaccharida glycana, quae sunt composita chemica ex monosaccharidis per vincula N-glycosidica conectis.
In plantarum parietibus cellularibus inveniuntur et O-glycoproteina et N-glycoproteina[1].
In anticorpore functio eius per glycana mutata apparet[2].
