Huardus,[1] vulgo Howard Zinn (Bruclini in urbe Neoeboracensi natus die 24 Augusti 1922; Sanctae Monicae Californiae mortuus die 27 Ianuarii 2010[2]) fuit rerum gestarum scriptor, scriptor scaenicus, philosophus, socialista, cogitator, et veteranus secundi belli mundani Americanus. Ordini historiae et scientiarum socialium in Collegio Spelman praefuit,[3] et professor scientiae civilis in Universitate Bostoniensi docuit. Plus quam viginti libros protulit, insigniter inter quos A People's History of the United States anno 1980; annoque 2007, A Young People's History of the United States, librum lectoribus puerilibus dicatum, conscripsit.[4]

Zinn se descripsit "aliquantum anarchistae, aliquantum socialistae. Fortasse socialista democratica."[5][6][7] De motu iurum civilium, motu pacis, et historia operariorum in Civitatibus Foederatis penitus scripsit. You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train autobiographiam anno 2002 divulgavit. Infarctu cordis anno 2010 mortuus est, anno octogensimo septimo aetatis suae.[8]
