Iosephus Conrad
Iosephus Conrad (natus Józef Teodor Konrad Korzeniowski[1]; Berdichev Russiae Imperialis, 3 Decembris 1857–Bishopsbourne Cantiae Angliae 3 Augusti 1924) fuit scriptor Polonicus qui Anglice scripsit postquam se in Angliam migraverat.
Suus modus narrativus personaeque contraheroicae permultos moverunt scriptores, inter quos I. G. Ballard, Gulielmus S. Burroughs, Italus Calvino, Ioannes Maxwell Coetzee,[6] Gulielmus Faulkner,[6] Franciscus Scott Fitzgerald,[6] Gulielmus Golding,[6] Graham Greene,[6] Iosephus Heller, Ernestus Hemingway,[7] D. H. Lawrence, Malcolm Lowry, Gabriel García Márquez,[6] Vidiadhar Surajprasad Naipaul,[6] Georgius Orwell,[8]Ioannes le Carré,[6] Philippus Roth,[9] Salman Rushdie,[10] et Hunter S. Thompson. Accommodatae sunt pelliculae ex, aut motae ab, eius libris Almayer's Folly, The Duel, Heart of Darkness, Lord Jim, Nostromo, An Outcast of the Islands, The Rover, The Secret Agent, The Shadow Line, et Victory.
