What is happening in Let’s Connect this month
Welcome to August’s issue of the Let’s Connect monthly newsletter. Last month was Pride Month, and in good Let’s Connect fashion, we celebrated pride with other celebrations during our Connectathon.
This month, we are focusing heavily on Wikimania 2024, which will be held in Katowice, Poland. Our team has lined up some amazing sessions, so you won’t want to miss them.

Lets Connect at Wikimania 2024 We are excited to share with you all that Let’s Connect working group members: Chinmayee Mishra, Bukola James, Gorana Gomirac, Lucy Hinnie will be attending this year's Wikimania 2024 in Poland, Katowice!
This year, we will be hosting 3 in-person learning clinics and 1 in-person connectathon at Wikimania in Katowice.

News from Movement Strategy
- Wikimania 2024 will be held in Katowice, Poland 7-10 August 2024. It will feature the in-person conference at the Katowice International Conference Centre and will be streamed online on Eventyay, an open-source virtual and hybrid event platform.
