Event name

[edit]

Panhellenic Conference "Education at the ICT days.". Supported by the Greek Ministry of Education.

Participant connections

[edit]

I did two submissions in an Education Conference. The participants were educators and teachers from all levels of the Greek Education system. They were informed for the existence of the Wikipedia in Education program, the advantages that Wikipedia has in creating nice school projects, the Freedom of Panorama problem in Greece and about the Education Program extension.

The first submission was entitled "Conclusions of the use of Wikipedia as educational mean in secondary education and in adult education". Th second was entitled "A full implementation of Wikipedia in the school program in a Second Chance School".

Outcome

[edit]
Option 1: Shared Experience: What is one way you shared something from your experience with your community (either locally or globally), after the event?

Both submissions were published in Conference proceedings (ISBN 978-960-99435-8-1). The first submission is at pp. 763-770 and the second at pp. 2708-2714. The total pages proceedings is 3204 pages which shows the high impact this Conference has.
