He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, FMeH, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, State of Haryana. Having worked as a Journalist in the field, he carries immense experience and expertise with him. He has also associated actively with the field of education, has worked as an Assistant Professor in various educational institutions in Hyderabad and prefers being called a 'Facilitator' when it comes to academia. Adding to the feathers in his cap is the Axaya Media Award, which he bagged in 2014. He was also nominated for the Brainfed Acharya Devo Bhava Award in the same year. He was nominated and presented with the International ICON Award by the National Anti-Harrassement Foundation, Govt of India (ISO Certified by the UK). While working at Manav Rachna, he is nominated and awarded the Best English Language Professor of the Year in 2021 bybTPL Shiksha Awards (National Award).
In recent times, he's become a TEDx Speaker, spreading his academic message, as the facilitator he is.
Currently working on his second book titled, ‘Innovative Methods to Facilitate Learning in Academia,' he's left behind a career in Special Correspondence, in one of the leading newspapers and has thus begun the work towards academia.
He has never left a heart untouched or unturned when it comes to learning. More recently, he's established his start-up, ‘Raygalla’s Mantra’, which specializes in hands-on soul grooming by way of workshops, training's, and the likes, for every individual who wants to be a better being.
Having authored several articles and research papers has deemed him to be a respected and loved name in the multidimensional field of education.
His Model UN experience in terms of the International Press is unbeatable (read: incredible). Though he believes that experience is just a number; his definitely speaks a lot about him, inclusive of but not limited to his experience and expertise in the arena.
In his words, “My heart never stops me from doing what I intend to do, and when I do it, I give myself away to it. Learning can happen when 200% is invested. 100% by the learner, 100% by the facilitator. It can never be 50-50”.
