Task description still says "The creation is blocked until these part are all done." and the checklist still appears to be incomplete. Can we please try to avoid this kind of thing in the future? Resolved tasks should look resolved.

Is there any way to add the check for issues described in T350889: Run maintenance script to fix BBC:* titles in all wikis following set up of Toba Batak Wikipedia for any future Wikipedias created? I think that this is clearly unacceptable.

I guess we have to wait at least until NamespaceDupes.php is enabled again (T350443) but after that we can probably add a checkbox to "run NamespaceDupes" to the "post creation" ticket that gets automatically created. I heard the code that auto-creates the tickets moved from github to gitlab.

We had the decision to make them optional a while ago, Zabe checked and saw it even falls back or the impact is extremely minimal if the wiki is created but the message is not deployed yet. Correct us if we missed something obvious.

The task description here says, in bold, "The creation is blocked until these part are all done.". If you think it's not blocked until they are done, change the template. :-)
