We are now moving on to a new body of work, so we can remove the tooltip and survey for the Places feature.

The changes are made, and it is no design review required. Feel free to run a quick check or move it to code review. You can download the APK from the ticket description.
The changes include:
- Remove the tooltip in the Main screen, which is the one that pops up on the "More" menu.
- Remove the tooltip in the article screen, which is the one that pops up on the overflow menu (top-right)
The survey was removed on May 15, which removed all related string resources and code from the app.
