Following that discussion, I need some precision: did you agree on having Flow activate on each requested page, or to have the Beta feature enabled? that second option will need more time to be set up and will give a lot of flexibility to users to try Flow.

Community agreed on having Flow activated on requested usertalkpages. After your question, I asked additionally about the Beta feature. Hopefully, those who agreed to an on-demand deployment will also answer favourably to the BF option.

Let me know if you switch to Beta feature for good.

@Trizek (WMF), we got consensus for the Beta feature. There's a low interest in the topic -- I guess most of the community doesn't care how exactly Flow is to be deployed.
