Helene Costello (21. jun 1906 – 26. januar 1957) bila je američka filmska glumica, koja je vrhunac popularnosti uživala sredinom 1920-ih, pred kraj nijeme ere Hollywooda. Rodila se kao dijete popularnih glumaca Mauricea i Mae Costello, a starija sestra Dolores je također postala uspješna glumica. Costello, koja je karijeru započela kao dijete u teatru i vodviljima, a prije dolaska na film radila i kao manekenka, nije se znala prilagoditi zvučnom filmu, te joj je 1930-ih karijera bila u silaznoj putanji. Tome je značajno doprinio i neuredni privatni život, odnosno četiri braka koja su završila sa razvodom, kao i sklonost piću. Umrla je od posljedica upale pluća.
