Pokémon Sword and Shield are the first set of games in the eighth generation of the Pokémon series. They released on the Nintendo Switch on November 15, 2019.[1] This is the first Pokémon game to have DLC,[2] being The Isle Of Armor (released June 17, 2020) and The Crown Tundra (released October 22, 2020).
