Sean Reinert (May 27, 1971 – January 24, 2020) was an American musician, songwriter and drummer of Æon Spoke. He was also the drummer and founding member of Cynic, until leaving the band in September 2015.[1]

In May 2014, he came out as gay.[2]

Reinert died on January 24, 2020 in San Bernardino, California at the age of 48.[3]
