Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell är en spelserie utgiven av Ubisoft Entertainment. Alla spel är så kallade Stealth-action spel där man oftast spelar NSA-agenten Sam Fisher, som försöker undvika fienden hellre än att skjuta sig fram.
