Breviari
Breviari (kutoka Kilatini brevis, 'fupi') ni kitabu cha kiliturujia cha Kanisa la Kilatini kinachokusanya pamoja Zaburi, masomo, sala, tenzi, nyimbo nyingine na taratibu za kila siku kwa ajili ya Sala ya Kanisa inayowapasa kwanza maaskofu, mapadri, mashemasi na watawa.
Pengine jina hilo linatumika pia kwa vitabu vya namna hiyo vya Anglikana na Walutheri.
Kitabu cha sala hiyo rasmi kiliitwa Breviarium Romanum (Breviari ya Kiroma) hadi mwaka 1974, Papa Paulo VI alipotoa kitabu kipya kilichopewa jina la maana zaidi "Liturujia ya Vipindi. Hata hivyo jina la zamani linaendelea kutumika kwa kawaida katika lugha mbalimbali.
Asili ya jina ni kwamba katika karne XI kitabu hicho kilifupisha matini ya awali ili yaingie katika kitabu kimoja tu badala ya vingi (Biblia, Antiphonarium, Passionarius, Legendarius, Homiliarius, Sermologus, maandishi ya Mababu wa Kanisa, mbali ya Psalterium na Collectarium).
