‘The Drew Carey Show’ Star Kathy Kinney Looks Way Different at 60 - In Touch Weekly

Kathy Kinney used to make us laugh out loud regularly when she played Mimi on The Drew Carey Show.

The now 60-year-old sports a much different appearance today, without all the crazy outfits and signature makeup hacks. Kathy sat down with Oprah in 2014 and revealed just how significantly the role affected her.

“I’m recognized more often than I expect. I really enjoyed playing that character. Halloween every day, that’s what it was like,” Kathy said in a 2014 Oprah: Where Are They Now? special.

“We did become a family. We don’t get to see each other as often [now], but when we do… you always remember, ‘Gee, I love you.’… We do still see each other. We are bonded, all of us, forever.”
