November 1, 2024 – Robert L. Knauss, a former dean at the University of Houston Law Center, passed away on October 16. He was 93 years old.
October 31, 2024 – For the first time in seven years, the Texas Supreme Court convened at the University of Houston Law Center to hear oral arguments in two civil cases, giving law students a unique, up-close opportunity to see the state’s legal system at work.
Oct. 24, 2024 – Professors from the University of Houston Law Center and the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine participated in a panel discussion earlier this month to address the legal and medical landscape concerning women’s reproductive health since the Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v.
