JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be responsible for sales development in international markets within their remit, across all sales channels: multi-brand stores, single-brand stores, professional clubs and federations. The role involves frequent trips abroad in order to establish close ties with clients.
THE POSITION
The candidate will work mainly as AREA MANAGER (European countries).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent understanding and command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to make frequent trips abroad (also during weekends)
- Willingness to work in high-stress situations
- Ability to manage an agent network
- Previous experience (at least 2 - 3 years) managing complex sales channels
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and flexibility
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great passion and knowledge of the sports industry, with a focus on football and rugby
DESIRABLE ASSETS
- Knowledge of a second language
- Degree in the field of economics
- Previous sales experience with European markets.
