フォドマップ(FODMAP)は小腸内で消化・吸収されにくい糖類(Fermentable:発酵性、Oligosaccharides:オリゴ糖、Disaccharides:二糖類、Monosaccharides:単糖類、Polyols:ポリオール)の略称である。[1]
