ジョン・ロビンソン・ピアース(John Robinson Pierce、1910年3月27日 - 2002年4月2日)は、アメリカ合衆国の工学者、作家である。無線通信、マイクロ波技術、コンピュータ音楽、音響心理学の分野で広範な活動をした[1]。ベル研究所在籍時の1948年に「トランジスタ」の名称を提案した[2]。また、J・J・カップリングなどのペンネームで長年にわたりSFを書き続けた。
