Notified participants of WikiProject Ancient Greece Whilst nickname (P1449) allows to indicate the nickname/byname/epithet of someone, it has datatype "monolingual text"; nevertheless, we have hundreds of items being instance of (P31)epithet (Q207869) (I especially refer to ancient Greek mythology) and many more items can be imported from ToposText (Q87068904) and it should be possible for ancient Greek mythological characters and deities to link to them through a specific property.    Comment it just popped in my head. Do you indend of listing every possible epithet on the various gods? Actually I don't think that would be a good solution, as Zeus can't be Meilichios, Soter, Eleutherios, Osogo, Eumenes, and so on, at the same time. We would need a specific Qid for each of the "aspects" (for lack of a better word) of a deity. --Jahl de Vautban (talk) 06:54, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
