無害通航
無害通航（英文Innocent passage），海洋法概念一則，船過他國領海，受到某啲限制。聯合國海洋公約，定義無害通航如下[1]：
通航視為無害，只要無損岸國嘅和平、秩序同安全。依種通航，要合乎本公約同國際法規定。
無害通航，承認一國領海所有權。自由航行就唔同，截然挑戰所有權[2]。
